Job Description

• This is a Pre-Sales Engineer role where you are responsible for supporting the sale team as a technical voice in qualifying and closing on prospect clients.
• The Pre-Sales Engineer will be focused on selling to organizations that are $1B+ in annual revenue.
• This Pre-Sales Engineer is partnered with the Sales Representatives who will be teeing up demo and POC calls.


• 3-7 years of experience as Pre-Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Engineer working to support a sales team with on-line demos
• Good understanding of modern application architectures
o REST API, Microservices, Container Deployment
o Understanding of IT organizations, development of IT applications and IT operations in medium to large-size companies
• Exposure to IT Management Process or Framework
o ITIL – Infrastructure Management
o Cobit – IT Governance

Location: Reporting daily to a Boston, MA office; limited travel
