Job Description

• The Account Manager will be a managing a book of business and growing relationships through up-sell, cross-sell and renewal/retention
• The Account Manager will own the entire sales process for any expansion account, including contract negotiation, demos and closing business
• The Account Manager will work cross-functionally with marketing to leverage new campaigns and report to the Director of Customer Success

Requirements

• 2-10 Years of Quota Carrying Experience within a SaaS organization
• 1+ Year of Account Management, Growth Strategy or Customer Success experience
• Preference for HCM or Talent Management Software
• Ability to articulate a technical solution and work collaboratively and cross functionally within an inside sales organization

Location: Reporting daily to a Boston, MA office
