Job Description

• Leading a team of 8+ outside sales representatives to help achieve a monthly sales quota for obtaining new business in assigned territories in a residential market.
• Training the team to utilize door-to-door knocking and cold calling techniques, distribute marketing materials, and participate in Special Sales Events to cultivate personal sales leads.
• Make both in-home and telephone presentations to residential customers for Cable Television, Local/Long Distance Telephone and High-Speed Cable Modem Internet services and service bundles.
• Aggressively hire and grow sales team
• Up-sell current and new customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings; report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
• Assist in resolving customer issues.
• Assist with training and mentoring for new hires.
