Job Description

• The Inside Sales Manager will be a dynamic, results-oriented and talented sales executive who can effectively function as both a strategic leader and a day-to-day sales coach.
• The Inside Sales Manager is autonomous and self-motivated.
• The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for building and leading a team of Inside Sales New Business Representatives that identify, qualify and close sales opportunities in North America.


• 7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years leading/managing with a track record in hiring, developing and promoting
• Proven ability to define and adapt processes and sales methodologies to align with sales roles and strategic objectives
• Ability to coach, train and develop employees to reach their full potential
• Experience with a must, experience in SaaS environment a distinct advantage
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation as well as the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and all levels of management
• Goal-oriented mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment, curiosity and integrity
• Ability to travel up to 15%
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience
