Boston, MA – Our client is a start-up in the building material space and have doubled in size YOY over the last 3 years. They are backed by a private equity firm, along with strong leadership and an innovative product they are poised to continue their rapid growth into 2019. They are looking for a VP of Sales to help continue the rapid growth of the organization!

Job Description

• This Vice President will be a player/coach role – the ideal candidate will be a front line seller who is comfortable getting in front of the clients as well as guiding the sales team to success.
• The VP will be tasked with building out territory plans, sales process and metrics for both the field and inside sales teams.
• Must be comfortable with extensive travel on a national level; Reporting directly to the CEO


• 5+ years of leadership experience, ideally selling into contractors
• Proven ability to grow and organization as well as lead and scale teams
• Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and be part of a winning team
• Must be able to travel both locally and nationally

Location: Remote but must be based in the Greater Boston Area; Traveling 75% of the time on a National Level
