REMOTE - Our client is an affiliate of a leading, billion-dollar staffing company. Since 2004, they have helped countless hospitals hire for their open positions. Using their database of over 400 staffing partners along with their Recruitment Software platform, they have built the business to over $200M annually. They are looking to grow their salesforce with a Remote Business Development Executive.

Job Description

• The Remote Business Development Executive will work closely with the Director of Sales to uncover new opportunities.
• The Remote Business Development Executive will be partnered up with a National Sales Rep. They will be responsible for generating/qualifying leads for the National Sales Rep to close.
• The Remote Business Development Executive will target CEOs, Chief Nursing Officers and VPs of HR.
• The Remote Business Development Executive will travel extensively in a multi-state, mid-western territory. They will be responsible for generating 4 – 6 qualified leads in their first year.

Requirements

• 5 – 7 years of Business Development Experience within Hospitals
• Experience building out a multi-state territory
• Experience working remotely (self-starter!)
• Must have a polished a strategic sales approach
• Must have proven success of hitting sales goals
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Location: Remote Midwest – Preference for someone currently living in the Mid-West
