Job Description

• The Business Development Representative will be following up on inbound leads as well as prospecting and cold-calling to create new opportunities
• The Business Development Representative will be supporting a team of account executives.
• The Business Development Representative will be qualifying leads on BANT (budget, authority, needs, and timeline) while maintaining all activity in SFDC


• 6 months – 2 years of experience of lead generation or business development activities in an SaaS organization
• Experience calling into the HR Stack preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Location: Reporting daily to a Boston, MA office
